Casper presses the intercom button, says, "Are you sure?"
The guest in Room 102 jolts. He's never heard Casper's voice before. 102 slowly turns to look up at the camera in the ceiling. On the crumbly black & white video, faces become Rorschachs.
"You pressed the blue button," Casper says over the intercom. "Are you sure? Nod to confirm."
Slowly, 102 nods.
